Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Newbridge Silverware purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receipt.

  Securely Package the Item

  Place the item back in its original Newbridge Silverware gift box and protective packaging to ensure it remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal service or designated courier and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
